Students are introduced to the applications of AI in architecture through learning programming and how to code using Python as well as understanding Deep Learning concepts such as neural networks, diffusion models and how diffusion process work.Students were able to deploy their own web versions of Stable Diffusion on the cloud as well as doing some real prompt engineering.Getting their hands on SD main controls like Sampling methods, steps, Classifier-Free Diffusion Guidance (CFG), denoising among others to utilize stable diffusion outputs and tailor it to their architectural vision.Students were able to use txt2img + img2img modes to input simple sketches and get impressive visuals that is highly aligned with the original sketch in terms of camera angles, building masses and heights.
