Among the Youngest LEED Green Associate Achievers
We proudly congratulate our Architecture students at Galala University for being among the youngest achievers in their age group to earn the LEED Green Associate certification.
This accomplishment reflects a strong foundation in sustainability developed throughout their academic journey, particularly through π¨π₯πππ²π Sustainability in Urbanism and ππ₯πππ²π Environmental Studies. These courses equip students with essential knowledge in passive design, building physics, and climate-responsive strategies, with a focus on solar control, natural ventilation, and material performance.
As part of their preparation, students practiced LEED exam formats through structured quizzes, strengthening their readiness for the certification.
This achievement was accomplished under the supervision of Dr. Mina Micheal.
