The course “Integrating Arduino into Architecture” was designed to educate architects and designers on the use of Arduino microcontrollers in the design and construction of smart buildings.Introducing the basics of Arduino programming and hardware, including the different types of boards available and their capabilities. Students were then able to apply this knowledge in the subsequent modules, which delved into specific applications for building automation, such as lighting control, temperature regulation, and monitoring air quality. The course was hands-on, with students working on projects that allowed them to apply the concepts learned in class.
